Excellent Customer Service. The technician called an hour before our scheduled appointment to confirm when he would arrive. He was right on time. Very professional. The crew arrived about 30 minutes after my window time ran out., and after I had to call to see where they were. I had expected to be done by the time they arrived, kind of threw my day off a bit. A pet pee stain on a light colored carpet would not come out.. I thought a professional would get it out. Thanks, Carpet cleaning Houston.
