I had an amazing experience with Pristine Auto Group! Mo and his team went above and beyond my expectations. Not only was the repair done quickly and professionally, but they also paid attention to the little details that really stood out. When I got my car back, it was not only fixed perfectly but also cleaned inside and out — something I truly didn’t expect. That level of care and customer service is rare these days. I discovered Pristine through word-of-mouth and Mo is incredibly professional and a pleasure to work with. He's helped me with a few unfortunate repairs and his attention to detail is top notch. His timing is also accurate, he never delays and his quotes are never adjusted with unexpected surprises. It's always been a smooth experience working with Mo and I'd be happy to recommend him to anyone in my network.
