When I say Im in Love with my services done at Pristine Auto. Ramni was an amazing guy, my cousin referred me to him and i'm very thankful. i took my car in at 10am, he called me by 11 with everything that was wrong with it. he asked my permission to fix it. I told him yes and My car was done the same day by 6:30pm, and the best part is he saved me like $2200 no lie. and my trucks been running great! Highly recommend.
This will be my mechanic shop from now on. They have fixed and serviced my jeep several times and I'm always pleased. They are honest and affordable. Would highly recommend this shop.
Went out of his way after hours to get my daughters car fixed and back on the road while she was there from out of town!
We have to take my daughter's van she's buying here for warranty work she purchased it Nov. 23rd 2021 it's spent more time in their shop then it has in our driveway... They were supposed to replace her transmission in April they said they did but that was a lie they only drove it a hundred miles and had it for over a month... Now we have to take it back to them in January so they can replace the transmission for real this time...
originally took my jeep to Meineke , But I felt it I needed a second opinion. I am glad I came to pristine auto, they found my issue was a wheel bearing , when Meineke found the same, but at much higher cost . At pristine , They did not try to over sell me ( like some others ) very prompt and punctual, while fitting my budget. They also warranty their work. Since the repair , my Jeep drives like butter. I have found my new mechanic! thanks again guys!
