I worked with Lieann and Billy to replace a small unit and install a new 3-ton system, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. They're professional, clear in their communication, and upfront about scheduling. Even though they were busy, they kept us informed and offered to move us up when a cancellation opened. The larger install was challenging because we wanted the unit mounted on a rock wall with the pipes running out from the bottom. Professional team, reasonable rates for AC cleaning especially with state rebate. They do ceiling cassette AC as well as split AC. Recommended.
