Called with water in the laundry room, nick and another guy came to find the source. After not giving up on finding our issue, he found the AC unit with a leak, and then noticed the water heater seemed too hot - to further figure out the exhaust through the chimney was blocked! He cleared it and saved us from a potential fatal carbon monoxide issue. Couldn’t be more grateful for the efficient, excellent work!!
Had a waste line leak in my basement. Steve came on a Saturday and inspected, gave me good advice on how to remedy it until they could come early in the week. Alex and Joseph showed up and did an outstanding job. Professional, neat, and fixed the problem in about 3 hours. Pristina Plumbing did an incredible job replumbing our entire house. They were respectful, extremely skilled, and did a great job. Not only did them complete a very complex job on time, but they even cleaned up and left the house as clean as possible. This was a big job and not one we wanted to do, but Prestina Plumbing made a bad situation better with their A++ service!
