She’s extremely intelligent but not always very nice. Her manner and communication need a change.
She was friendly and competent, seemed to care about her clients. Time spent was too short.
While in the presence of others she acts like she cares, but when alone with patients she provokes & asks questions that are irrelevant & upsetting. I highly recommend only seeing her with someone else present. Most patients at ECMC are already in crisis & don't need for her to add to their issues. She is just cruel & seems to enjoy provoking people already in pain.
