I'm a newer customer at Prisma (probably 6 months or so) and I'm very happy with all of my experiences so far. I see October for my nails (poly gel); she's sweet and oh so talented. I never have any pain, chips, or lifting with her nails - she does a great job! Then I also had 2 great hair extension appointments with Carrie... Clean ✅ friendly ✅ affordable ✅ October was absolutely INCREDIBLE with my trim/ freshen up today. I’m 5 months postpartum and the entire service I felt at ease the whole time. Something I haven’t felt in a stylists chair in many years. They have the most warm and caring energy that translates through the service they provide. October is the BEST nail artist I have ever had. Attached are just 2 out of MANY sets I’ve gotten from them over time. It’s very obvious that October takes great pride and focus in their work. They are also an AMAZING hair stylist. This salon has had me feel nothing but completely comfortable and cared for. The other stylists are so sweet and always willing to help out if I have questions about products or even services at home. Not to mention the vibe & decor is soooooo cute!

It's always nice when your hair stylist opens her own salon. Gemma McFeee has been cutting my hair for the past five years. It's hard to find a good hair stylist who knows how to cut hair from a technical standpoint, especially men's hair. I've tried barbers but when I was frustrated with the barber cut and lack of professionalism, that's when I found Gemma. She was working at one of the top salons in Ventura county, Sky Salon.
