I was referred here by a relative/friend who highly recommended this clinic location for her experience with one of the surgeons. Although the provider who did her own (I forgot name) is said to no longer be doing the weight loss surgery, I still decided to go with this clinic since the recommended provider Dr. Keilani was said to be just as great! I had an amazing initial meeting with Dr. Olatunde June 11th. She laid out a plan for me to succeed with a weight loss program. I got my first initial set of doses and haven’t had any since then. I’ve called the Health Care Team numerous times to try and setup preauthorization with my insurance but nobody in this office has called me back. I’ve called and left messages several times! It’s disappointing and aggravating!
I wanted to leave a review because Dr Kielani and Dr Olatunde have changed my life. My story: I had bypass surgery with Dr Kielani in early 2017. My starting weight was 405lbs (380ish pounds at the time of surgery). I was 31, miserable, in pain and just hated my life. I had ZERO complications from the surgery, and got down to the 240s. The doctors in this office, lack compassion for people, they have become so desensitized they treat people like produce and not people 10 out of 10 would not recommend
I can't say enough about how much this office and staff mean to me. I have gotten my whole life back because of them!!!! The doctors and staff take such good care of their patients and really listen to all my concerns. I'm so happy with the care I got here and have lost so much weight that I am enjoying life with my family again. I definitely recommend this office if you need weight loss help!
