I am sad that zero stars is not an option. Probably the worst healthcare experience I have ever had. All employees were super rude and incompetent. They should all have their licensures removed immediately and indefinitely. I was sitting in the patient room without instructions or an estimated wait time for 74 minutes before being seen. Absolute best care I have ever received from any medical facility. I have been ill for weeks, and called Courtney and she promptly assisted me and helped me get scheduled. She spoke to the provider ahead of time to get the best plan of action going, even before my arrival. When I got there, I received super prompt and compassionate care from Tina and Rajeen.
