It was quick and easy. Everyone courteous.
Had an appointment. Arrived 15 minutes early. Fairly slow. Not into a room until almost 40 minutes after appt time. Over an hour after being put in a room still had not been seen by anyone nor did anyone communicate with me about the time it was taking. Seemed offended when I decided to leave. Total waste of my time.
