Please avoid using Dr. Doug Wyland. I experienced a botch first Rotator Cuff Surgery. I had to come back to him with zero change as he didn't complete the repair we agreed I needed. Once my shoulder healed from the 1st surgery I had to come back and go through it all again to get the repair done we agreed needed done to start with. Dr, Wyland did not own his actions. If you have an elderly parent on Medicare, you can pretty much forget getting any quality care or compassion from this Mickey Mouse club. Mom's surgery canceled for 3rd time, 2nd time was literally day before surgery because wow, they just discovered that the shoulder implant wouldn't fit...really? Day before? The absolute WORST place to go. I waited 4 months to even be seen, due to Doctor Wyland rescheduling on me 3 times 4 days before each time. Then had to wait a month each time to be seen, without consideration to them being the ones to cancel my appointment. Then when I finally get there, I was unable to be seen because I was never told the fee for Self-pay in any of 4 months that I'd waited to be seen. They said they communicate this through MyChart, as if that's an adequate form of communication. I could have been told this... read more
