Where do I start? I was the first one at the clinic. I go to the bathroom for all of 3 mins before 5:30PM and the nurse couldn't wait all of 5 seconds to take me back first. Then, the other nurse got an attitude with me saying she'd be right back.all while I'm crying in pain..and they take back someone who doesn't even look like anything is wrong with them. I've had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Braun when he relieved my 13 yr old granddaughter of the severe pain she had in her toes from ingrown toenails. When I saw this child not even wince when he relieved her pain and got rid of the ingrown toenails without crying or anything, i knew he was a great doctor! This is a child who cries before she gets to a doctor or dentist but he made it so good for her, she didn't even make a funny, weird face and she didn't even know when he was done! Stedman Hawkins asks patients to arrive 15 minutes early and enforces a cancellation policy for those who are late—yet here we are, over 45 minutes past our scheduled appointment time, and my daughter still hasn’t been called back or seen by a doctor. If patients are expected to respect the clinic’s time, the same courtesy should be extended in return. They still operate on the "their time is more important than yours mentality" Very disappointing experience so far.
