Bad services. I had to call and get my own insurance pushed through after talking with the manager. She was very ill manner and not willing to actually do her part to make phone calls. I had to get the number too call and give them the approval number and other codes after call my insurance and the third party group and they told me they sent the approval the day after they received it which was the week prior to speaking with the manager. Dr. Burnickle was absolutely awesome. I’ve had no pain from the TKR on 11.6.2024 it’s now 11.8.2024. Pain management amazing. Totally recommend Dr. Burnickle and Robotic knee replacement for anyone who needs it but has anxiety about recovery. Just Do It.
Just recently had total knee replacement. Staff is great. They really prepared me for the before and after surgery. They are always helpful when ai have questions or concerns. Top notch care with.
I like the doctors, but the black woman at the front desk needs to either be fired or properly trained on how to deal with protected health information. When you go to check in at the front desk, all of your personal information is blurted out publicly. It's not only unprofessional and rude, but ILLEGAL to disseminate protected private health information! It's one thing to check in and ask for your name, but to continue to LOUDLY blurt out your name, address, insurance information, private numbers, etc is unethical for a doc... read more
