Took a little bit to get my meds. When I pulled up to the window, the pharmacy tech was working the window and the counter by herself. She was super sweet and knowledgeable.
Horrible customer service. Very rude. Supposedly took 2 weeks to get authorization from my Insurance company when it only takes 24 to 48 hours with any other pharmacy. Ridiculous!
Michael was so helpful and kind to me. The best pharmacy for all your specialty medication needs!
They charged my card without authorization and my consent and tried to to say it was my insurance situation which makes no sense because medicine I got from them I prepaid and picked up at another location and never put my card on file with them to charge so I would avoid giving them your card information seems like some kind of scam fraud they running there
