Staff is very rude if wasnt for daughter really neededing ultra sound never come back
Registrar is rude and misinformed. On 3/28/24 I accompanied my mom to her appointment. I sign her paperwork as she a dx of dementia. The registrar took the pen out of my hand. "She answered my questions appropriately". Ok and tomorrow she may not even know the test name or what it was for. I advised I understand that but d/t her dx I sign her papers. She still had more to say. She is rude.
This place is amazing to get any outpatient x-rays, ultrasounds, and cat scans. I had my x-rays done there. From the time that I walked in from the front desk lady to registration and even the techs were all friendly.
Held over 45 minutes to connect with scheduling to be told via recording that they have system problems and to call back.
