After 3 visits for various reasons, I feel compelled to express how pleased I am with this practice. NP Leicht came highly recommended by a friend, and I’m so grateful for the suggestion. She has been thorough, assertive, supportive, professional, and knowledgeable. Every nurse and technician seems to be professional, happy to be at work and happy to do their job. We are usually not visiting a doctor because we really enjoy it, and a fantastic staff makes the deed so much easier.
Been with Doctor Ross since he was a student he is my favorite doctor stright forward he dont beat around the bush I give him 10 stars if I could !!!!
Do not go here for primary care. I went in for a new patient checkup, and first of all I did not feel heard in the slightest. I was then charged an additional $300 for the appointment being over 30 minutes, which I felt was rushed from the onset. My needs were not heard and they did not disclose the charge at any point. And apparently I am not the only one to have dealt with their deceptive billing practices, as other reviewers have pointed out.
Dr. Roberts is the best Dr I have ever had!! He actually sits and listens to your concerns and has your best interest at heart I wouldn't trade him or his staff for the world they are the best!
