Dr. Caroline Parkin Faircloth, MD and her staff are everything I was expecting from a doctors office. Dr. Faircloth is a very intellectual and professional care giver. My recommendations, 5/5 stars.
So I had scheduled myself an appointment to try and get my shots for back pain, which I was told by my Bon secour Drs that I was FINE to keep seeing the Drs at fountain inn primary care. Too continue to get shots if they help (which they do!) well I was very DISCOURAGED and Disappointed in Dr. Hellams reaction as he wrote me off as if “I was never here” and do not matter as a patient all I asked for was a continuation for shots in my back. Dr. Faircloth is very thorough and attentive and her nurse was, as well. I did find the receptionist unfriendly, and I have had trouble getting my prescriptions/refills phoned in to my pharmacy- multiple requests by me and/or my pharmacy before getting results.
