Im 33 years old and Melissa Douge is the best doctor i have EVER had in my entire life! She takes her time to listen to you, to understand and to explain. I always leave our appointments with a solution and feeling heard. The front office staff and the nurses are always kind here as well.
Be cautious before making an appt here. Doctor doesn't listen to concerns and is very dismissive. And Lord don't need anything done quickly they get in no hurry no matter what. Faircloth is very passive when expressing concerns and issues and doesn't really care for patient opinion. Do not recommend. Please find another office this place is horrible
New patients be very cautious before making appointments here, I’ve used the same insurance for 3 years and my annual check up is always covered. This office generates automatic billing codes which may not be what you even visited for, I have requested they change the code so my insurance will cover the visit 3 times. If you weigh over 150lbs they’ll code it as an obese visit which is absurd, so they can receive higher payments from patients. I was seen by Dr Hellams in March. I chose to give a one star because I did a basic physical. Lab work. Nothing else. It's June 27th and as of today I never heard from the Dr or staff for my lab work/results. Unfortunately I had to go to another Dr office and give them my lab results online and sit down with me to go over my health and blood work. Dr Hellams was a cool guy but I've never had to deal with that ever in my life. Chances are, I'll never return there.
I have seen two doctors at the practice. I saw one that was a great doctor but couldn’t diagnose my problems after a year. Told me I could see his associate if wanted. I did see another doctor at the same practice and in the second visit he made me feel very uncomfortable, So I asked to see another one and the office manager said I couldn’t see another doctor at their practice, which has left me without a doctor and I am in need of a doctor as I have had 2 strokes and every Prisma health office I call is not accepting new pa... read more
