Dr. Elliot Chen is a very skilled surgeon, and I want to clearly acknowledge that. However, the quality of care provided by his nursing staff and the post-operative follow-up process has been consistently poor, to the point that it has affected my healing and safety. The have the worst scheduling team on hand. I had my consultation on Oct. 17th, they didn’t send the information to my insurance until Oct. 31st. My insurance only took 5 days to get back to them, requesting more information, yet it took them TWO whole months to respond to my insurance. My insurance has responded back but I’ve been waiting a week to get a call from prisma. I’ve had to call over and over again, to get them to do THEIR job.
