Dr. MacClenahan has the WORST bedside manner. She couldn’t have cared less about my feelings or bodily autonomy. She literally traumatized me.
I can’t say enough good things about Piedmont OB. I moved from Columbia during my pregnancy, they got me in quickly and picked up right where I left off at my previous OB. All of the providers are not only extremely knowledgeable but empathetic and personable. From the front desk personnel to the nurses to the lab staff, this office has really got it going on. They lost my medical files. Then booked me at the wrong office. When I showed up for my appointment (at the same office I'd been seen at for 10+ years) I was bullied by nurse Kira + the practice admin + 3 other staff. The staff was baffled why I would be sad or upset - after my spouse took off work to watch our kids and I took off work to attend a long appointment.
