I wish I could give them zero stars. They are slow, don't communicate well, rude and are very disrespectful. Dr. McGarel refused to return my call, she had the rude Megan and even more disrespectful Brandy call instead. Do not waste your time here. They will not communicate with you and demand lab work AFTER THE FACT. My son asked for his refill they pretended to be concerned about his sodium levels. Laughable. lol i’ve never seen anything this bad before tbh
Great providers and helpful staff. My biggest ding is that they're quite slow compared to the Novant practice we attended in Charlotte. The initial wait isn't terrible, but the wait between nurse/doctor, the wait on immunization records, all of that was very slow. My old provider was never more than an hour (usually about 40 minutes in/out) and this took about two hours.
Dr megan mcgarel always goes above and beyond for my elderly mother in law you can tell she truly cares about the well being of all her patients . Would recommend her to anyone looking for a primary you will not be disappointed!
