I'm not sure the people here should be practicing medicine. Went here for a physical and they forgot to run some of my labs. No big deal, mistakes happen. Returned 3 days later to give new samples and the WRONG tests were ordered. I was told by a nurse that it is MY responsibility to ensure the DOCTOR ordered the correct test. I was flabbergasted. STAY AWAY! Dr Cody treats the patients well emotionally in the initial meeting but does not treat the body as a doctor should. Actually I would call it boardline malpractice. First sickness visit, I went in with a sore throat and feeling sick. No meds prescribed. Actually they dont believe in prescribing antibiotics from what it sounded like due to the immune system getting used to them though I hadn't received antibiotics since 2019 from my prior doctor. This is a great place with excellent physicians and staff. Their lab techs are wonderful too.
Dr. Coady is amazing!!! She always listens to my concerns and questions!! Been coming here for 6 years now and super happy with the staff
I wish I could give them zero stars. They are slow, don't communicate well, rude and are very disrespectful. Dr. McGarel refused to return my call, she had the rude Megan and even more disrespectful Brandy call instead. Do not waste your time here. They will not communicate with you and demand lab work AFTER THE FACT. My son asked for his refill they pretended to be concerned about his sodium levels. Laughable.
