The entire staff in the pediatric pain management clinic at Prisma have been fierce and unyielding advocates for my little one who sustained a complex nerve injury from a surgery. Crystal, in particular, fought for us and for answers for us harder than any specialist we’ve seen, and it was her refusal to give up that led to my kiddo turning a corner and receiving therapeutic treatment he needed. Love this place, especially Dr. Windsor, and the receptionist, she has a great personality an he's a great doctor
Crystal and Dr. Windsor have been truly amazing! They are really invested in keeping up with the latest research and treating the patient as a whole person and not just a diagnosis. They are quick to respond when we have reached out needing help and have a plan in place to help us move forward every time. We are so thankful for them every day!
Horrible and we haven't even been. No one returns a phone call and when I finally got someone on the phone they said it would be a few months before the doctor reviewed the referral and then the appointment would be 12 months out. What good does that do any child in pain.
