Trying to get someone on the phone here is impossible - plan to make your inquiries IRL
Dr Mary Varn is great. She's very patient with my 3 year old and is very kind. 3 stars because this office is nearly impossible to get ahold of. I've called 6 times and left two voicemails with no response and you don't talk to an actual person unless you are being transferred just to get the voicemail with this ophthalmology office. Changed to 4 stars because I came to the office and front desk helped me immediately. Just need phone help.
I have to admit, the service is good and the doctors are attentive. However, making an appointment is extremely difficult. It’s hard to even get a hold of someone working there. When you call, you can’t talk to an appointment setter(I don't even think there is one), you have to leave a message which takes at least a week or 2 for someone to even acknowledge.
