Friendly and time efficient considering the process of the appointment
I received a call from this office by a lady named Yanna. She was extremely rude to me. She called me to schedule an appt and was able to piss me off with her bad attitude and her thick accent made it terribly difficult to understand. She is clearly in the wrong field and not helping the office with stars.....

We recently switched from atrium pediatric cardiology at Levine, which is phenomenal and did my son’s corrective surgery for TOF. I hated having to switch because he had been there since he was born. But I’m so happy we met Dr. Rao. He is so kind, approachable and made this transition to the new office so much easier and I trust that my son is in good hands. If it wasn’t for him I would have considered driving up to Charlotte every 6 months for his follow ups but after 2 visits now, I feel good with our new cardiology home.
