Best of care and expertise
From checking in until leaving, everybody was wonderful. They even had someone come in with a stuffed bear to show my daughter the mask used for the anesthesia. The nurses were amazing. The anesthesiologist was great. The recovery nurse was by far the best! Amazing place!
In the last 2 weeks I have had a couple of appointments in Bldg A. The receptionist (Tajimal -not sure if spelling) was rude on both occasions. Aldo, on May 5, as my son and I were approaching her desk (large circle in the lobby) Tajimal was speaking with someone and loudly stated “these people never know where they are going”. I initially thought that maybe she was just having a bad day until I encountered her again this morning and she was once again rude. All of the other staff members were spectacular!
