My experience at Dr. Cook's office is like a luxury spa treatment, even though you are getting dental treatment. When you arrive, you are greeted in a professional and friendly manner. You are called back immediately, no waiting in the lobby. The dental hygienist made sure that I was comfortable before she begin working on my teeth. I love going there.

Everyone was very nice. The doctor explained my condition and treatment, he answered all my questions. I had my teeth cleaned and it didn't hurt like it did at my previous dentist office. I have never had such good treatment at a dentist office.
Visit went well. Friendly, kind and attentive staff. Wait time before you are seen is very short. I love going there for service.

They are a caring and professional staff at all times. Even if you have a problem after business hours or on weekends, do not hesitate to call. I did and Dr. Cook helped me with my concern immediately. It can not get any better than that!! I thank God for caring doctors like Dr. Ryan Cook.

I'm a relatively new patient to Dr. Cook's Greenville office. Each visit has been enjoyable. Love the friendly staff. Hassle-free when dealing with insurance and payments & scheduling. I've had some dental work-- Dr Cook is great about following up to see how I feel and how teeth feel.
