Very caring people and physcians
I took my son in for treatment. I paid my co-pay and began receiving bills for his treatment for $109. I was confused why I’d get a bill to pay after my co-pay, but I figured it may take some time for my insurance (TRICARE Prime) to apply and Prisma had made a mistake. I didn’t pay it. I received another notice assuming my insurance paid their portion and I was left with that so I paid the $109 on 12/11. On 12/20 I received a new bill for $319.40. This prompted me to call. I wouldn’t even give a star Dr McFadden is the worst he hit me in the face with a piece of paper didn’t even try to listen to me then proceeded to go in the hallway and talk about me like I wasn’t there and couldn’t hear him making false statements about me!!! Everyone was friendly and helpful and courteous. X-ray technician was very good and helpful. Good facility with x-ray room steps away. Doctor was very straight to the point and answered my questions and concerns. The doctor made recommendations and suggestions. I felt calm during the entire visit and that was because I knew I was in good hands. The facility is clean. Thanks for all your help. Everyone did a fantastic job.
Not a fan of Dr. Horan. We like Dr. Locke much better. I think the practice in general over schedules. Too many people scheduled for one doctor and you'll be there for 2 hours. It's happened to us several times.
