I had been sent here by my primary because of severe nerve issues in my back. I was yelled out of the office by an impatient doctor when I started to ask about my severe stenosis… Yelled at. Found out later this doctor had copied and pasted someone else’s test results into my chart. 🙄 Prisma isn’t what it used to be. Still searching for help.
Always answer their phone and gets what needs to be done quickly.Highly recommend.
F this place. They would not see me, even though I have my X rays and MRIs on disk. They wanted referrals and a bunch of other BS. When you’re in agony, this is not acceptable. I guess a disc that's pushing into the nerves of my spinal column isn't enough of a referral. Go to OrthoCarolina instead - they don't play games like this when you're in a world of pain and need help. This practice should be ashamed of itself.
