The front counter staff is very rude. Not accommodating for scheduling. Basically you will be here when I say. Every time we come they have miscommunication not sure if they are even looking at the correct patient information. I will so glad when my son's arm is healed. I hope we never have to come back here. We came literally to get an x-ray and the lady walks in and says why are you here? He doesn't need an x-ray I was like this is why we were told to come... She comes back ohhh sorry about that and takes the X-ray.

Took a long time to get a call back. Had a very hard time getting information in a timely manner. I understand mistakes happen. However I feel like the situation could have been handled with better communication.
