Called in to have a test moved to Seneca from Greenville, and phone was answered on 1 ring. Person was super helpful, located the record and set me up for tomorrow morning. Very courteous, competent and had a “smile in her voice.” Top notch.
I have attempted to contact this facility and the phone has been ringing for over 7 minutes with no answer.
I saw a one-star review posted today, two hours ago, without giving a reason. I am here to post a very positive review to balance this out. I was also at the lab for a blood draw two hours ago, and I have very small veins. I have great experiences at this lab, especially with Melissa, and today Macale found my vein first try and it was painless and over before I knew it. Don't listen to the Karens out there.
