Always been great, no matter what between seneca or greenville. Mainly been to seneca, like alot.. but before it was prisma it struggled seemingly, but when it comes to after the point it is a great hospital especially how they communicate with me.. im used to the op of practicing medicine and they are just damn flawless. I want a freaking job there! Lol ^_^
Dr. Stephanie Waldrop and Dr. Nathaniel Richards demonstrated a level of detachment and disrespect that made it clear my condition was neither understood nor taken seriously. Their conduct was rude, dismissive, and clinically careless from the start. The most serious issue was Dr. Waldrop documenting a discharge examination she never performed. Worst experience ever from an ER! I came in the other night after getting an injection in my spine and had adverse reactions. They did not check my blood, and after only two hours they sent me home with no explanation of anything! Just came in the room with said you ready to go home? Me thinking I'm dying or could be having toxic reactions, nauseated and throwing up. And they didn't even put that I was in there for adverse reactions only for pain! Today I was in the little café, called The Grill. I was thinking about having something to eat there and was going to look at what foods were offered. Unfortunately, I overheard an employee speaking somewhat gruffly to another employee. The look up surprise on the second employee’s face was a little disconcerting. I wasn’t quite sure how I felt about that so instead of getting something to eat, I just left. Now I wish I’d had said something…. Just a word of kindness or something!
