My 92 year old Mother was just there from Saturday through Thursday with Flu and Pneumonia. She received excellent care, in particular from RN Millie on the 5th floor. However, the social Worker, Rebecca Nation, was very rude. I asked her for help getting my Mother discharged (I have a son who uses a wheelchair and has multiple disabilities). Everyone we encountered was professional, courteous and kind except for 2 people. Dawn Smith CM should NEVER be allowed to go in a patient room and or have discussion with family members. In fact she DOES NOT need to be in this position EVER! She was the most Unprofessional non-truthful person we talked to. Dawn Smith needs to be in a back room on a computer only!! She needs to attend daily classes for the rest of her life for interpersonal skills and I am not sure that would even help her.

May 9, 2022 Outpatient floor 2:00 pm Two weeks ago I had to go to the ER for care. Repeating again what a great experience!! I seriously felt like family while I was there. I wish I could remember names but there was not one staff member not polite and helpful!. I have never had surgery before and should have been nervous, I never felt more at ease. I may not remember your name but I remember all the stories about your children and pets. Thanks so much to everyone. Penny Phelps

April 24, 2022 3:00pm The emergency room was the best!. Dr Williams, Cecelia and everyone that afternoon took the best care I could ask for!. I broke my arm and they never made me wait 1 sec. Thanks so much to the staff. Penny Phelps

My wife had total shoulder replacement on Jan. 6th, 2021. Everything WAS excellent and exceeded our expectations! The STAFF was very understanding and made changes to accommodate our needs. I don't understand all the negative reviews. Maybe it's because many people only post negative ones. As for the emergency department, any ER can experience overloads and they work on a priority system, so someone bleeding out is given precedence over minor injuries or something better handled by urgent care or a family practitioner.
