I love the doctors, nurses and staff.. They answer all my questions, respond to my messages in a timely manner & have helped me with all my issues..
Absolutely a family friend clinic. Staffs , nurses, & doctors are very helpful in all ways possible , going over and beyond for the patients too .
The receptionists will literally cancel and reschedule your appointments regularly, without contacting you first, without asking! Almost every appointment I’ve scheduled, they’ve gone behind me, and changed the time, or changed the day.. even after explaining to them I live over 45 minutes away, and rely on others for transportation to my appointments. They don’t care!
If I could give them zero stars I would. I DO NOT RECOMMEND going here!!! I went to this office for a routine check up sometime around July 2024 and the nurse who brung me to my patient room to wait on the doctor was extremely rude and judgmental. I told her exactly what I was visiting the office for and she completely disregarded everything and had an attitude.
