Very good care and Doctor's here! Dr. Shen is the best Doctor in her field and they've added Dr. Vargas as well and she's a great asset to this practice and I am thankful to be treated by her several times now. I personally couldn't ask for better Doctors!
Dr. Fox, my husband's neurologist, has been very helpful to us over several years. Other personnel here have been helpful too, whether we have seen Dr Fox here in Greer or in another office of the practice.
I don’t get a call back within a reasonable amount of time or a message back on MyChart within a reasonable amount of time. I messaged on MyChart Tuesday morning about my condition and is now Friday at 1 and I still haven’t heard back. I don’t understand why, so I called in Friday to get an appointment and still haven’t heard back. Has anyone else had this problem??
