I have been a patient of Dr. Saunders since 2019. I was very happy with him. Until I was discharged as a patient last summer. I sent a message asking a question regarding my appt 1 hour before the appt. I never received a response, only a notification that I was a no call no show... before the appt even started. I see doctor booth and have for a while have tried to get appointments with her twice can only be the end of the month apparently.This is awful.Any recommendations for new doctor
Really liked Dr. Booth, however twice was charged for things coded outside of what insurance covers so costs me more money. Looking for a new facility now.
Been going to Mountain Lakes Family Medicine for years. Staff has always been great in answering any questions, giving an appointment,. Doctors there are knowledgeable and friendly. Never experienced a problem there.
