Under staff appointment at 8:30am here it is 9:50am people came in behind me being seen before me this is the worse one I ever been to all for an ultrasound smh do better

Everyone that works there clearly hates their job (well the people I have personally dealt with) & anytime you call with an issue or concern they seem aggravated and honestly don’t help much. I have 4 kids and this was by far the worst clinic I ever received care from.
My experience here has been caring and informative by all sonogram professionals, genetic counselors, and gynecology doctors. I’ve never waited more than the usual 10 minutes or so, and I receive updates with clinical notes directly to my portal. Reception staff is just okay. Just an fyi, children cannot be present during appointments and they will make you reschedule so plan accordingly!
