Thank you all so much I was so pleased on everything and everyone...the nurse who called me back Cindy I think she was the greatest, she took her time with me cause everything was such a mess, paperwork so she started looking at them and ask alot of questions about it, i was there because I wanted a second opinion and then everything changed. Compassionate and expedient staff
The entire staff from check in, housekeeping, dining, nurses, techs, EMT, doctors, my experience was A+. Communication was clear and updated in time; the staff was friendly, warm and welcoming. The room was cleaned and remained cleaned with staff coming in to clean daily. My stay was 4 days, 3 nights. Once I was brought back to a bed in the ER, everything ran smoothly and at pretty fast pace. (no long waiting periods).
