Llegamos y nos ignoraron solo por ser hispanos,le hacía preguntas a la persona que nos iba a registrar y se hacía que no nos escuchaba,llegaron 2 personas después de nosotros y rápido las atendieron solo por ser blancos.

This is an excellent hospital. I have been here more than several times for tests, etc...The staff is fantastic and I always have a great experience.

Terrible. Absolutely pathetic excuse for a hospital. They hire the absolute worst people who have no idea what they are doing. Very uneducated staff, the lowest of laurens county works here. I got here at 4:30pm with a cut on my hand. They had no one in the waiting room. They told me I would need four stitches then put me in a room and forgot about me. They did not try to stop the bleeding. They did not tell me how to keep it closed or from continuing to bleed. They did not clean it or wrap it. They did not give me numbing c... read more

Hey, sorry as hell when you have nothing but good to say about the staff at the hospital and then they wanna call you at 7:30 at night. Want you to do a damn survey for them and tells you it ain't gonna be but a couple questions ended up being 30 pathetic

My elderly mother suddenly became very ill during a car trip to Charleston. We ended up in the ER, with her extremely dehydrated & weak - not knowing what was going on. I'm not kidding when I say that every single person we encountered in the ER was wonderful. Caring, attentive, professional, and clearly wanting to help her (and us). 5 hours later we were back on the road, realizing that it without them it could have been so much worse.
