today was a horrible experience, for me I did not feel my needs were attended too, know blood work, no real test Nothing for intense pain, I felt a lack of compassion, and didnt feel heard
very nasty attitude from the nurse Nicole L, and the case manager Shannon Jackson or Johnson. Very rude and neglect patients. If you have a relative in this hospital go check on them daily
Everyone on the 7th floor between those double doors was very rude, they neglect there patients and all. RN Nicole whom refuse to give last name on the date of 3/14/24 was very rude and told me do I think she suppose to clean 22 year old man! my reply yes its your patient she told me she think not. My doc, Dr. Cassidy Hood left the practice and I knew that, because she's my hubby's doctor as well and when he went to his last appointment, they told him, but they saw him and did his check, THEN told him. Two years ago, I was referred to Dr Petit but Dr Massey to replace my pacemaker that stopped working with a ICD device. Hr replaced all the leads and device. He kept me a few days after noticing a complication. I appreciate that.
If I could rate this hospital at zero, I would. In the past, I have been very satisfied with the care that was received here. However, my son was admitted for mental health issues. His care was far below anything I have ever seen. The children's er nursing staff were extremely unprofessional and untrained dealing with mental illness. They were aggressive and argumentative.
