They are undergoing a remodel. I'mnot sure how long that is going to take, but in the mean time, the "waiting room" is a crammed hallway with ONE bathroom shared with everyone. You can imagine what that looks like. The wait is a lot longer than it used to be, too. I hope the remodel is done before I need to return.

Waited 3 hours never to get seen, the staff was just rude after the shift change. Went up to the desk the “nurse” didn’t even look at me or say anything then when I proceeded to ask if I can leave she just said my name and said okay came to st Francis and seen right away!

I recommend if you’re needing to go to the ER and you’re just sick or something you might as well go to aftercare or something of that nature because the ER department sucks and that’s being very nice. I only gave it one star because there is no way to give it zero stars went in due to liver issues, swelling in my abdomen legs, and feet and ankles, ,pancreas bloodwork, elevated from a previous procedure and I was pretty much ran through the gauntlet had x-rays done.
