This ER is unfortunately not helpful at all. The doctor totally dismissed my concerns and basically told me to go see my family doctor (which I did twice during the week, that's why I came to ER on weekend). He didn't seem like he knew what to do in my case. Or simply didn't care. I have a severe upper arm infection. He did cultures from blood, which after a little bit of research online I found out is most likely not going to show anything because in this case, culture should be taken from The discharge or even a biopsy. Short staffed, short on supplies, less professional than Greenville Memorial. Help this place get better. It’s subpar.
Excellent care. I was feeling extremely sick due to my pregnancy and couldn’t keep anything down. The staff was quick, kind, and well-prepared. We were treated with care and respect, and they helped me feel so much better. I’m very grateful for the way they handled everything.
Came at midnight this night and waited 40 min and no nurse took us for a triage, and nobody else was called within those 40 minutes we waited in this ER. They said there was 4 ppl ahead of us but no one moved. We called Pelham ER and they said 20 min wait time. We left and came here, there was one guy checking in and he was taken in within 5 min of checking in. We got checked in a couple minutes right after, by the nurse and Dr. assessed us within 15 min…! Let's just say I would not take my dog there I was accused of stuff and the nurse talked behind your back saying you just there for stuff I can't help I keep passing out and and been sick and stuff keeps happening to me and I thought that's what the ER is for to check you out to rule out stuff not to judge you they should not care how many times you been there they get paid and that's there job and not to accuse people of stuff that's not true I don't take drugs I don't drink I don't smoke I'm a full Christian church of Chri... read more
