If I could give this hospital zero stars I would. Only good thing about it was checking in. My husband was treated with horrible care for his procedure. To the point, you simply as a normal question to the doctor and be told "you are being aggressive.". No it's not aggressive I am being assertive and looking after my husbands well being. Completely shocked that a hospital treats their patience this way. You should be ashamed of yourself.

My mother was evaluated in the Emergency Department on 9/28 and a discharge order was placed by Dr. John Neuffer at the end of his shift. I am a physician who resides more than 12 hours away from Greenville. After speaking with my mother about her evaluation and plan, it became clear to me that she had little to no understanding of the assessment or next steps in her care. The hospital is huge and easy to get lost in. I have to say, the nurses and staff were great. My only reason for taking 1 star off is that the noise from having so many people in one place healing makes it impossible to sleep. The rooms are adequate. They aren't big for visitors or moving around a lot, but you're there to heal, so that's more important.
