This hospital should be rated a 0.01 for it ability to let just anybody that lie do what ever they want when the truth ins in their face. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
On January 30th, I had an OB appointment and my OB was concerned about my breathing, so she sent me to Greenville Memorial to be evaluated. When I arrived, I was admitted to the OB area where everyone was kind and reassuring. Because I was wheezing and struggling to breathe, they took me downstairs for a chest X-ray. I was also placed on fetal monitoring, which was comforting for my husband and me. However, after the X-ray, someone told us we were being “moved,” but no one explained where or why. Horrible customer service. Unable to talk to alive person. When you get one they act as they don’t have time. They don’t care to listen. We need a better alternative in Greenville. Prisma is hopeless.
