Dr. Beets & the whole staff have been a pleasure since I’ve been seeing them Fall of last year. I feel as if they actually listened to my concerns, I was heard & they met me with solutions & treatment options.
This place is a complete joke. They tried to charge me over $250 for an office visit (with insurance), and I had to set up a 3-way call between me, their billing department, and my insurance to correct their mistake. Next, they wouldn’t tell me how much a procedure would cost, and made me call 3 different numbers just to get no information on it. Canceled it and will never go back.
I have had a medical condition for 5 years.I've been turned down by other peoples opinions, they never once listened to me.Today I can finally say I am getting better thanks to these doctors that care more about me then there opinions we were able to find a solution to my problem, plus they never once made me feel uncomfortable which I wasn't used to....thank you David!!!!!!!
