I decided to leave preg and give this place a shot for my 3rd IVF. Dr.green and Brittany were the only 2 people here who actually knew what they were doing. The IVF nurses dont seem to be able to keep track of their patients charts. I was sent the wrong chart/schedule twice. They FORGOT to order my trigger shot before my egg retrieval!! I had to go without. I give it a three is because of Dr Likes otherwise it would have one. He walked with us through our fertility journey .Even though i I had just hit 40.He was very good gave us good option and was very encouraging and we conceived.but sadly he is not there any more. second round.The Dr who took over from the word go made us know that our journey might not be successful discouraged us from ivf and just wanted us to do iui even though they knew it would fail.We have been waiting for a follow up appointment no one has contacted ... read more

We have had the best experience so far. Dr. Von Hofe, and Dr. Greene are amazing. The front desk ladies, ultrasound staff, lab staff, financial team, are all amazing too. Everyone is so friendly, professional, and making you feel comfortable in scary/vulnerable situations. I couldn’t thank them enough.

This clinic has been the biggest waste of my time and money, to add to the fact that fertility is just a soul sucking process to begin with. You are an algorithm at this clinic; honestly, I didn’t expect a personalized experience because that’s just not healthcare anymore, but needless to say, this was an incredibly subpar experience. Since seeking an opinion elsewhere, my “unexplained infertility” has been explained by my diagnoses of stage 4 endometriosis and low progesterone.
