I struggle with what to say. After all, my wife wanted a baby, and we left with one. If that's our single measure of success, then the clinic was successful. The process with Prisma and our experience with the clinic, however, was...a mixed bag. It's definitely a money-making enterprise, and they were selling us a product from the first call. I was treated with kindness and respect each visit (which if you know IVF, you know that's a lot). I was impressed with the office staff, nurses & doctors. I saw Dr. Likes, Dr. Greene, Dr. Fox (all wonderful) and ultimately landed under the care of Dr. Von Hofe. She is a delight to work with. Making time for my countless question & genuinely caring+wanting to help us start a family. I believe everyone on this staff has the common goal of trying their best to get women pregnant. I decided to leave preg and give this place a shot for my 3rd IVF. Dr.green and Brittany were the only 2 people here who actually knew what they were doing. The IVF nurses dont seem to be able to keep track of their patients charts. I was sent the wrong chart/schedule twice. They FORGOT to order my trigger shot before my egg retrieval!! I had to go without. The sad thing is when I got my medication I took it into the office for them to double check and was told by one of the IVF nurses that checking my meds was unnecessary. ... read more
I give it a three is because of Dr Likes otherwise it would have one. He walked with us through our fertility journey .Even though i I had just hit 40.He was very good gave us good option and was very encouraging and we conceived.but sadly he is not there any more. second round.The Dr who took over from the word go made us know that our journey might not be successful discouraged us from ivf and just wanted us to do iui even though they knew it would fail.We have been waiting for a follow up appointment no one has contacted ... read more
