As a multi-year patient, I can say the worst thing about this rural location is the doctor turnover. However, every Doctor or PA i have worked with has always been helpful, listened, and formed a plan of action with referrals when needed. I have gotten most appointments in a timely fashion. Thw facility is showing it's age, but it is clean and provides needed services.
One star for how I was treated by the female who answered the phone. She had an attitude and asked questions that were none of her business. Probably hates her job. Give it to someone else
I had high hopes after my first visit. The doctor was very thorough and seemed genuinely concerned about my health and finding out what was going on with me. Everything went downhill after that. He wouldn't return my calls. Message after message and finally after 9 days. I finally got a message back. This was concerning a major issue. Don't try to call the office...not gonna happen. Do not waste your time here! Tried to establish local PCV - not possible at this place. How can I rate less than 1 star???
I've been trying to get mental health care and I never get a call back regarding it, it's ridiculous. You're better off leaving Winnsboro if you want good health care
