Doctors here are basically useless. Called here numerous times today with no answer. They have an answering machine that says they will call you back & they never do. Disgraceful. 5 years later & they still won't answer a phone when you call. I really don't understand why this place is still open. What a disgraceful sorry excuse for a Dr office. Finally was accepted as a new patient this Spring! The staff out front were great. The medical personnel, Sherri Mc and Wendy were wonderful, empathetic & professional.

Tested positive for COVID. While my personal physician wasn’t available, another physician immediately conducted a virtual appointment and prescribed Paxlovid. Then, my pharmacy had technical issues and didn’t get the prescription so Wendy from PHFM called them directly to ensure they got it. I truly appreciate that level of care and customer service—it’s getting harder and harder to find these days!
