Finally was accepted as a new patient this Spring! The staff out front were great. The medical personnel, Sherri Mc and Wendy were wonderful, empathetic & professional.
Tested positive for COVID. While my personal physician wasn’t available, another physician immediately conducted a virtual appointment and prescribed Paxlovid. Then, my pharmacy had technical issues and didn’t get the prescription so Wendy from PHFM called them directly to ensure they got it. I truly appreciate that level of care and customer service—it’s getting harder and harder to find these days!
Will not even answer the phone. Calling during posted business hours and they send you to an answering service. Doctors are fine once you get in but good luck getting that far…
