I had my first appointment at Prisma Ballentine today, I walked in and spoke with McKenzie who was beyond welcoming and respectful. I sat down in the waiting area when I was greeted by Dr. Baker's nurse just moments later. Dr. Baker was extremely knowledgeable and understanding regarding my concerns. I'm extremely grateful for today's visit, and will be switching our family over to Prisma Ballentine!
Was 12 minutes late always receive 15 minutes Grace period before and was told I was put down as a no-show,, And it was told to me very rudely
Poor customer service. I was paired with a PA. She was not a fit for me, was not knowledgeable enough to handle some of my complex issues. In fact, she prescribed me a medication that was contraindicated for another I was on. When I asked to switch to an MD in the practice, they let me know they have a policy that doesn’t allow patients to switch, regardless of patient-provider fit. So rather than switch me to a physician, they’ve lost our whole family’s business.
The PA I was matched with was not a fit for me. She was not knowledgable enough to handle some of my complex issues. I asked to be switched to one of their MD's but they have a policy against patients switching providers within the practice, even if the provider is not the right fit. Rather than keep a patient within their office and allow one of us to switch, they lost our entire family's business.
I have always had a good experience with this group. My son is a doctor so my expectations are pretty high. Never been disappointed with the nurses or NP. Always listens, never seems rushed, and I feel better when I leave because I know I will feel better soon.
