Prisma Health scheduled my appointment, but I had to wait 47 days to be seen. At no point was I informed that my appointment would be with a nurse practitioner. Prisma Health sent me a text message and called to remind me that I had an appointment with Jennifer Matthews, but neither the call nor the text message stated her job title. Great practice! MyChart makes it super easy to schedule, fill out pre-appt docs, check-in, and any follow-up communication/results. I was in and out super quick for both of my recent appointments and I appreciate the attention to detail. Super nice staff, including front office, nurse, and NP!
Went for my annual this morning. The lady that checked me in was very nice and displayed customer service. When I first walked up she was on the phone, but asked the person if they would mind holding for just a moment while she checked me in. When she went back to the patient on the phone, she apologized for the hold and carried on assisting them. Small things like this are missing from a lot of places. I had my first appointment at Prisma Ballentine today, I walked in and spoke with McKenzie who was beyond welcoming and respectful. I sat down in the waiting area when I was greeted by Dr. Baker's nurse just moments later. Dr. Baker was extremely knowledgeable and understanding regarding my concerns. I'm extremely grateful for today's visit, and will be switching our family over to Prisma Ballentine!
