My mother has been under the care of Dr. Kristy Mounger, and the neglect has been devastating. She has clear and progressive mental health issues that family members have repeatedly tried to bring to Dr. Mounger’s attention, yet they continue to be ignored. Love the team here. Friendly, polite and recognize who you are. Not many Dr's offices can do that anymore.
I love this office and the people who work there! I have gone a couple times in the year I've lived here and everyone who works there is very nice, helpful, and compassionate. It is a pleasant environment and the drive from Sumter (where I live) to Bishopville is not bad at all. I definitely recommend this place because of the competent and kind staff.
