Lack of interest, if they see something else on test result they don't mind to give you any advise to see another doctor. Is used only to get refills on medicine, very basic service but they're collecting payment on time.

Front office scheduler is rude, uncaring, and disrespectful. Referral Coordinator doesn’t return calls, is rude and has an “I don’t care” attitude on the phone . Can’t get appointment even with referral because staff report “We have a process” and something is not in the computer, that needs to be. I ask how to get “it” in the computer and I am told it’s not their job. Months go by, going round and round with this office, with no progress.
