I have called over five times this week. No return calls. My internist referred me and made the appointment for me without asking me if it was convenient. The appointment is Monday and I am out of town. This is the worst I have ever experienced. I don’t know how they are in business. Horrible!!!!
Have been calling them everyday for almost a week and leaving them voicemails to schedule an appointment. Never getting a response, I am surprised that this facility is functional.
Edited to add: after 3 months and numerous messages, still no call backs. It's November now. They're so unprofessional I waited almost an hr to be seen once I was in the room. I called several times and I still have not gotten a call back. My Dr ordered tests to be done but was given zero info on where to go. I've called 4 times and still no call back within a week. Tried the front office, the nurse line, etc and not calls back. Seems very unprofessional and incompetent. How can you not call patients back? What if it was a s... read more

I FINALLY UNDERSTAND WHY PRISMA HEALTH ENDOCRINOLOGY HAS THE RATING THAT IT DOES. TODAY WAS DEFINITELY THE FINAL STRAW AND WHAT IS CRAZY I HAVE OVERLOOKED A LOT THAT HAS BEEN DONE TO ME AT THIS PLACE BUT TODAY SMH FROM THE FRONT DESK TO MY EX NURSE PRACTITIONER GINA MCKELVEY I COULDN’T BELIEVE IT. I LITERALLY DRIVE ALMOST 2 HOURS ALL THE TIME TO THIS PLACE BECAUSE I FELT I HAD FINALLY FOUND SOMEONE THAT WOULD UNDERSTAND ME BECAUSE SHE IS A TYPE 1 DIABETIC!!
