I was paying my bill monthly by check to the Baptist PO Box in Atlanta. The remaining balance is 210.00 ,but the last check was returned due to "Box Closed". Seriously??? When I tried locating where to send my payment, there is no location. The balance isn't even on My Chart. Now, I will be calling the billing office and my past experiences with their customer service has been very poor. This monopoly hospital system needs to improve how it treats patients and greatly improve it's serves to the Midlands!
