I was told by their phone receptionist to “stop in” so they could consult on a new boot fitting. I got there and was rudely received and found out I could not just “stop in” as that’s not how they operate there. Well, then why did you all tell me to “stop in?” Major fail. I will not return. They must not be familiar w/ terms like “negligence” and “liability.”
