They only schedule one month at a time so you can only make an appointment a couple weeks in advance. I have called 3 times in August to get my dad with dementia an appointment the first week of September without success. And he is an existing patient! They told me to call back August 17 to schedule for September 8! I also left a message for a supervisor named Jackie and of course she never called back.

I saw the NP Allison. She was great. Very pleasant and thorough. I have chronic, debilitating migraines. I asked for Botox injections as treatment. The issue I have is not with Allison but with the person who called me to schedule the Botox injections. She tried to schedule me as soon as the next day. I know Botox is expensive and hadn’t had the chance to ask my insurance about coverage so I chose a later date for the injection. I asked the woman on the phone how much this would cost.
