Someone mess up my appointment and it wasn’t my fault it was through my doctor and my mom was handling it.
I go for Botox every 3 months, and it’s always a fairly quick and easy appointment! Dr. Veerappan is always great, and the nurse who’s seen me the past couple times was a pleasure to talk to while she did my vitals and stuff. Wish I would’ve caught her name, I just know she has red hair, a cool hat, and is real sweet!
I’ve always had a great care experience here. Dr. Veerappan has always been thorough and listens to give the proper treatment and he cares about his patients. I’ve always felt respected and my input valued. The office staff that I have dealt with have been fine and followed up on every request and I receive fast responses using MyChart.
