The staff members were so nice (Fallon, Renay, and front desk staff). They were quick and efficient and made a nerve-racking experience more tolerable.
I went in for a mammogram and the receptionist decided to announce to the entire room about my visit. Then she had the nerve to ask me if I had symptoms of breast cancer in the reception area. Keep in mind there was a male in the area. I established my boundaries and made it very clear that I will not answer that question out loud but I will only communicate that information in a private area with a health care provider and myself. This review is very long overdue. I want to express my gratitude to Ms. Ashley Ridgway. I was there in September. She performed my mammogram. She let me know everything that she was going to do, step by step. She was very patient, professional, and very knowledgeable. I'm glad I asked her to write her name for me so I wouldn't forget. Thank you Ashley for doing a great job. 🙂🙂🙂
Went in for my routine mammogram and Aimmee was very friendly and professional. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed. You need more employees like her!
